How Athena works

How a program moves from selection to delivery.

The program plan covers what students will do, who will teach, what needs to arrive on site, how the instructor will prepare, and who will handle questions during delivery.

Program-delivery questions.

A clear division of responsibilities keeps the launch, classroom delivery, and partner communication manageable.

What happens before a program launches?

Athena confirms the subject, grade band, dates, times, rooms, expected enrollment, site requirements, equipment, materials, staffing plan, and communication contacts.

How does Athena prepare instructors?

Athena completes screening, shares the assignment and curriculum, confirms site-specific requirements, and provides an operating contact for questions before and during delivery.

What happens if the plan needs to change?

Athena and the partner review the schedule, staffing, room, material, or student need involved and document the practical adjustment and who owns the next action.
