Define the assignment
We begin with sites, grade levels, calendars, daily schedules, enrollment, facilities, priorities, and the partner’s definition of success.
How Athena works
The program plan covers what students will do, who will teach, what needs to arrive on site, how the instructor will prepare, and who will handle questions during delivery.

What the service includes
We begin with sites, grade levels, calendars, daily schedules, enrollment, facilities, priorities, and the partner’s definition of success.
Athena develops the program mix, staffing plan, rotations, materials list, training needs, communication cadence, and launch timeline.
Athena instructors are background checked and reference checked before placement. Athena also provides curriculum, materials, onboarding, and ongoing program support. Additional training and clearances are handled as required by the state, role, or site.
Athena manages daily coordination, attendance expectations, staff questions, substitutions, supply needs, and issue escalation.
Partner feedback, enrollment, student response, instructor performance, and operational data guide changes to the program.
Program note
Each agreement lists who handles staffing, materials, attendance, site communication, and other daily responsibilities.
Questions and answers
A clear division of responsibilities keeps the launch, classroom delivery, and partner communication manageable.
Athena confirms the subject, grade band, dates, times, rooms, expected enrollment, site requirements, equipment, materials, staffing plan, and communication contacts.
Athena completes screening, shares the assignment and curriculum, confirms site-specific requirements, and provides an operating contact for questions before and during delivery.
Athena and the partner review the schedule, staffing, room, material, or student need involved and document the practical adjustment and who owns the next action.
