Yes. Available classes depend on current school and community partnerships. Send us your city, the student’s grade, and the type of program you want. We can tell you about known opportunities or keep the request in mind for future planning.
What does Athena provide?
Athena provides the instructor, curriculum, core materials, equipment, and program support described on each course page. Technology and room requirements vary by program and are confirmed with the host site.
Who teaches Athena programs?
Athena recruits local instructors, checks references and backgrounds, provides onboarding, and supports instructors throughout the program. Additional training and clearances depend on the state, role, and site.
Does my child need to bring a device?
The host listing should explain any device requirement. Athena may arrange device rentals for enrolled students when a class requires one. Contact us if you received rental instructions and need help.
Can I suggest a class that is not currently offered?
Yes. Parents can ask about a subject in their area, and schools or community organizations can request an existing course, an adapted course, or a new program.
