  • Use breathing and restorative poses for relaxation
  • Create and perform a flow from favorite poses

Sample program path

How the course can develop

This example shows one possible progression. The order and depth change with the group and contract.

  1. 01Establish foundational poses, balance, and focus
  2. 02Build flexibility through animal-inspired movement
  3. 03Connect active poses with moments of stillness
  4. 04Explore twists and hip-opening poses
  5. 05Develop balance and link poses into sequences
  6. 06Practice restoration and create a celebratory final flow

How we adapt it

Adapted for age, experience, and schedule.

Younger students use imaginative poses and shorter sequences; older students can sustain more developed flows and reflection. Beginners learn individual foundational poses, while experienced students link poses and refine balance and control. Short formats introduce a focused sequence; longer programs build toward a student-created flow.
